Shipping policy

Once you place an order online, allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. 

You will receive your item within 3-5 business days. Issues regarding your order once it has shipped will have to be handled through the carrier service. 

If you purchase an online order and would like to return it, you have 14 days for exchange or store credit. You have to provide the return label, as we will NOT provide it for you. 

STORE PICK UP: If you select store pick-up as your delivery option, you must be able to pick up the order or have someone grab it for you, within a timely manner. These orders are ready for pick-up normally the same day but allow time for the order to be processed.
